Nurture. Connect. Flourish.
These are some of the words that came up for me when I first thought about hosting a retreat.
Nurture in the sense of taking care of yourself and prioritizing your well-being in a fast-paced world.
Connect with like-hearted women and yourself in a meaningful way.
Flourish in a setting where you have space to think, feel, restore and create.
But before we can connect we first need to disconnect. The need to unplug from technology and our fast-paced lives is becoming more and more apparent. We are tired, burnt out, overworked, exhausted, and overwhelmed with our to do list. We have no idea how to get out from under the pile of expectations, “should’s”, and responsibilities. It can feel suffocating, frustrating, and downright depleting. The good news is….there is another way to live.
This weekend isn’t going to be a retreat full of activities and jam packed with things to do. I want to create a retreat where you could actually unplug, rest, create, daydream, feel, connect, and create space to just be. I want this experience to feel nourishing and nurturing. A weekend to look after yourself and to be looked after, to be still and quiet, and to tune into what it is you truly want and need.
You will leave this 3 day retreat feeling rested, rejuvenated, grounded, and hopefully excited and hopeful for what’s to come. Yes, we will be “retreating” but we will also be connecting with other women, moving our bodies in a way that feels good, participating in workshops about joyful and intentional living, and even getting creative (don’t worry, you don’t need to consider yourself an “artist” for this).

What are other’s saying about their retreat experience?
The weekend retreat outside of Malaga was such a wonderful, slow, and joy-filled pause from my busy life. I returned home refreshed and inspired with new perspective. Kelly’s positivity and thoughtful encouragement is so appreciated! –Maria
Kelly’s retreat was the perfect weekend to end the first month of the year. The environment – people and location – was the ideal setting to switch-off, open your heart and learn from one another. It allowed me to reflect on many things; what I’m grateful for, my intuition and goals for the year ahead. Getting together in that kind of environment made it easier and allowed me to feel more comfortable about sharing and discussing things that I wouldn’t necessarily think or talk about with friends or in my day to day life. Kelly has an innate way of making anyone feel at ease and welcome. –Claire G.
Kelly has an amazing way of helping you feel super relaxed and it’s so easy to open up and share what’s on your mind. I loved this retreat so much, the food was amazing, the workshops so insightful and the overall chilled vibe was so nice. –Alison Kingston
Imagine a 2-day retreat in which you disconnect from your phone, reconnect with yourself, with nature, and with other like-minded women. Yoga, journaling, meditating, nature walks, and guided group sessions. This retreat was very special as it allowed me to connect with Kelly, my life coach whom I’d been working with for the past 3+ years, in a different capacity. We had time to speak one on one, and also work in group sessions. Being in a small group of like-minded women was empowering and helped me reorganize my priorities in life. Kelly is an excellent hostess, guide, and leader – in both physical workshops (yoga) and emotional workshops (group sessions/journaling). Highly recommend! –Blythe
