Life is a bit crazy right now and perhaps you are feeling unsettled, anxious, sad, worried, grateful, joy and everything else in between. Our days can feel like an emotional rollercoaster and the thing is, you’re not alone. On a collective level we are experiencing something we’ve never gone through before, so it’s only normal that you’re feeling all the feels. 

This is an extremely unique situation we are in and we are being called to dig deep, show up each day, and move through fear. We are searching through the tools we have acquired to do all of these things and also learning how to plant deep roots of self-compassion, grace, gratitude, hope and acceptance. We are doing hard things each and every day. 

Life has slowed us down, whether we wanted to or not. The distractions are gone and we are forced to sit and deal with ourselves. A lot of different emotions are surfacing and it can feel overwhelming, uncomfortable and downright scary. Add all of this to what we are experiencing collectively and it’s no wonder we are feeling exhausted and burnt out. Geez Louise. We could be processing more now than we have in years. 

This is such a rich opportunity to sift through our lives and see what’s working or not working. We can sift out all the junky and crappy stuff, and realize what we have left is what truly matters to us. We are holding those gold nuggets close to our heart and letting the rest go. 

I want to help you navigate this uncertain season of life. No, I’m certainly not an expert, but I can share with you some tools to feel more rooted within yourself, support you in creating a realistic self-care and well-being routine, help you build meaningful and supportive relationships in your life, and guide you in getting clearer with your values and planting seeds of intention and joy. 


I hope by the end of this program you’ll:

  • have more self-awareness and plant deeper roots of self-compassion and acceptance.
  • have created a more “balanced” life and feel more like yourself again.

  • feel more joyful and gratitude for the small blessings in life.
  • have stepped into your worth more and your choices are starting to reflect that.
  • feel more connected to the people in your life and experience deeper relationships.

We start off the program getting to know ourselves a bit better. Change can only happen with awareness so that’s what this first module is all about. You will get to know yourself on a deeper level, learn how to trust yourself more, and plant deep roots of self-compassion and acceptance. We do all of this hard work so that we can begin to curate a life we love.


The world is loud, noisy, and overwhelming, but we can courageously carve out a different path and learn how to prioritize and take care of our mental, physical, and emotional health. It’s okay to slow down and build something different. It’s okay to say “no” and put yourself at the top of the list knowing that this will help you show up as a better mother, sister, daughter, friend, partner, business owner, and employee. You deserve it.


This module is all about creating healthy, supportive, and meaningful relationships in your life whether you are single or married, looking for deeper friendships, or a like-minded community. We can choose the people we invite into our lives with intention and thoughtfulness. This module we will learn about vulnerability, having difficult conversations, setting loving boundaries that need to be placed, creating deeper friendships, and dating with more intention and purpose. We are wired for relationships and our level of happiness has a lot to do with the quality of the relationships in our life.


This module you will start to carve out a path that is more aligned with your values….a path that feels like home. Using your intuition and gut are vital to this process so we will learn how to trust ourselves while increasing our self-worth along the way. Self-worth is a thread you’ll see woven throughout this program.
